At ZMI, we believe that the same God that initially called men and women into His ministry, stands ready to shepherd His chosen through the ministry journey (Psalms 23; Isaiah 40:11; Micah 5:4). As such, ZMI was launched for such a time as this, to encourage and equip pastors through seasonal engagements of pastoral coaching and/or mentoring, and through respite retreats designed for pastoral renewal, refreshing, and restoration.

One on One Coaching

Engagements designed to achieve mutually agreed upon targeted objectives.

Pastoral Mentoring

A 3 to 15 month engagement with the pastor and his leadership team in fostering a mentor-mentee relationship building on core competencies and organizational effectiveness principles.

Respite Retreats

3 to 4 day respite retreats focused on building and applying biblical-based rest practices useful for pastoral renewal, refreshing, and restoration.

Leadership Development

Leadership development programs empower pastors with skills, knowledge, and resilience, fostering effective pastoral care and community impact.

Over 35 Years of Ministry Experience

David and Nancy have been engaged in church ministry for over 35 years serving in all areas of the local church, including their last assignment of Church Planters and Senior Pastors for 16 years. Both David and Nancy are Ordained Ministers and now servicing as US Missionaries for the Assemblies of God.

Although we are confident that God is behind this assignment, we also acknowledge that prayer is the key to remaining sensitive to the work of the Holy Spirit and we invite prayer warriors to join us in this endeavor.

We understand that the work is great and the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37,38). However, we believe God is placing this same burden on the hearts of other Christian men and women, so we encourage you to join our ministry network for the work of God in your local communities.

The work of the Lord requires finances to ensure His mission continues to flourish throughout the world. We are US Missions missionaries dedicated to this particular focus and we ask that you prayerfully consider becoming a monthly sponsor of any amount.
